 In the course of day to day business, simple maintenance items sometimes get overlooked or unnoticed.  This is quite understandable given the complexity of managing a property with many guestrooms and common spaces. 

 Being a small business owner for over 30 years, I know how this can happen.  You care about the appearance of your business but the next thing you know, there are many little projects that need to get done. We all want the best experience for our guests and they expect a “perfect property” when they stay with you.
